Footage from Kingdom Hearts III featured at D23 Expo in Japan

This weekend at D23 Expo in Japan revealed some long awaited footage from the third installment of Kingdom Hearts III. Fans from all over the world have been anticipated for new footage and while attendees of the D23 Expo got an exclusive look at a secret trailer at the Kingdom Hearts Premium Theater. Exclusive footage from Japanese cable channel "DLife" revealed the footage of the expo as well as the gameplay seen in the video. Footage begins at the 1:09 mark in the video and only a couple seconds of gameplay are shown at the 1:25 in the video that is identical to this screenshot under which is a sort of ride attached with a sort of blaster. The gameplay in the video shows Sora, the game's protagonist, with Donald Duck and Goofy jumping on a cart and blasting away enemies while racking up a score. This attraction is named "Shooting Ride" as seen in the screenshot under. Many have speculated that Toy Story may be coming to the series and while the "shooting ride" resembles the Buzz Lightyear ride at Disneyland Parks, where guests use a blaster to shoot targets and try to get a high score, it may be teasing that the world of Toy Story may actually be true.

While no release date has been confirmed, fans are hoping for the long awaited and teased game to be released in 2016.
