Cosplayer Spotlight: Andy Rae Cosplay - Amazing "Suicide Squad" Harley Quinn Cosplay

It has not been too long since photos of the Suicide Squad cast in costume have appeared online for the internet to see. One of those iconic characters was Harley Quinn, who is known from the Batman series, showing off her look for the upcoming film. Only being a week after the photos have been posted online was an amazing cosplayer who had recreated the look almost to the exact point of every detail. This amazing cosplayer who is known as Andy Rae Cosplay is a Cosplayer from British Columbia, Canada. Andy started cosplaying in 2014 and from there she has fallen in love with this hobby!
When Andy Rae saw the photos of Harley Quinn from the set of Suicide Squad she absolutely fell in love with the character's design and had to urge to cosplay this version of the iconic villainous character. Andy spent the weekend "whipping" up her own version of Harley's outfit, as well as a lot of sewing. Andy adds that "The hardest part was finding her boots since they are so unique!!". She eventually found boots that aren't exact to reference photos but she found boots with a similar style and color scheme to Suicide Squad Harley Quinn.
Andy Rae stepped out of her comfort zone by using sewing as a technique toward the costume, but it definitely paid off in the end with an extremely accurate cosplay
Aside from being a cosplayer, Andy Rae is also a gamer who streams on twitch and a prop maker that works with armour fabrication. Her hard work has paid off with awards for Best Craftsmanship at Calgary Expo 2014 and Judges Choice (Group) at Anime Revolution 2014.
