Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Teaser Trailer Thoughts.

"Tell me, do you bleed? You will."

The long anticipated trailer for the two most iconic superheroes in the world arrived earlier than expected due to an online leak. Director Zack Synder was courteous enough to debut the trailer from his twitter page. For what it seems like from this trailer, Superman has an extremely dark tone; almost villainous. This follow up to 2013’s Man of Steel is a completely different tone, it seems like there are many people of Earth who dislike Superman. Yes, he did destroyed most of Metropolis, but he was able to ensure the safety the citizens of Earth. This film looks to be heavily inspired by Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns. Ben Affleck’s Batman will have several suits as he did in the comic, a regular suit to be worn as he beats ordinary citizens to a pulp, and from the teaser trailer, it looks like he builds a battled-armored-type suit so that he can face off against the Man of Steel. Given that this was merely only a teaser trailer, the length of it was long, I believe. Over 2 minutes for a teaser? That is a lot of content to show on the first one, and to think that Zack Synder hasn’t shown his depiction of Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Lex Luthor, and Cyborg in the tease. This trailer revealed many unanswered questions, but there is plenty left to find out.
